We tend to apply the old saying, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” to our CM for too long. Efforts and programs that worked well years ago, may not always work with today’s children. “Refreshing” the CM must be done carefully, though. We don’t want to change too much too often. Children like consistency, but they don’t like “old” or boring.
